As an engineer who’s spent over a decade working with and for local government, I know firsthand how important it is to make smart, timely decisions that keep us efficient and avoid waste. A competent, innovative, and cooperative city council can save taxpayers millions and keep our city moving forward.
I’m running to fix what’s falling behind and invest in what brings us together: dependable utilities, reliable infrastructure, small business support, affordable housing, safe and welcoming public spaces, and real opportunities for our youth. Affordable Housing
Everyone deserves a safe and stable place to live. Auburn needs housing options that working families, seniors on fixed incomes, and young people starting out can actually afford. I will support responsible development that keeps people in our community and protects our neighbors from being priced out of the city they call home.
Environmental Sustainability
Protecting Auburn’s clean water, healthy air, and natural spaces means investing in sustainable infrastructure and smart growth. I know how critical it is to maintain reliable utilities while planning for the future, because healthy infrastructure means a healthy community for generations to come.
Downtown Revitalization
A vibrant downtown is the heart of a connected community. We can support local businesses, bring more people downtown, and create spaces where families feel safe and welcome. Let’s make Auburn’s downtown a destination that showcases our unique character and brings neighbors together.
Public Services
From clean drinking water (ask all the auburn-base breweries) to dependable sewer systems, our public services are what make daily life work. I will fight to keep these systems well-maintained, modern, and transparent because everyone should trust that our city will deliver the essentials we all rely on, and in a cost-efficient manner.
Community Space
Parks, trails, and gathering places help build the strong connections that make Auburn feel like home. I will work to expand and protect community spaces that bring neighbors together and give kids and families safe places to play, grow, and thrive.
City Efficiency
Taxpayers deserve to know their money is used wisely. I believe in a city government that is transparent, responsive, and works efficiently for everyone so we can invest in what matters most and fix problems before they grow.
Education
Our kids are Auburn’s future. I will champion partnerships with schools, libraries, and local programs that open doors for youth, support working families, and make sure every young person has the chance to succeed right here at home.
